These two people were buried in the Minga

Do not know why they were buried there.
(Thanks to Meredith Stodard we now have this explaination)
MatrieJean Brown b. July 11, 1924, d. Dec. 2,
1925;
Bettie Garrett Woodlief b.1882, d. 1927.
1) "MatrieJean Brown b. July 11, 1924, d. Dec.
2, 1925" - Wesley's daughter, Pearl married a Will Brown, and this is probably
one of their children.
2) "Bettie Garrett Woodlief b.1882, d. 1927" - Another of Welsey's daughter's known in family lore as Garnett married a Richard Woodlief. This may be her, as the dates sound about right.

The following is from an e-mail from a concerned
reseacher:
"Littleton and Amanda are buried there but only
Amanda has a stone and on the stone it
shows "Nancy" Mingee wife of R.L. Mingee ...
the Vermilion County marriage
records show Amanda McCrady so I guess Nancy
was just a nickname ... great
choice if I do say so myself. It showed
a date of death for her of
03/26/1888. There is a beautiful
little tombstone next to hers for
"Little Pearlie" Mingee the daughter of William
Mingee. She's the older
sister of Aunt Elsie and Uncle Vic that died
of the "summer complaint" when
she was little (2 I think) ... shows a date of
death of 03/18/1883. The
records show there was a Henry Mingee buried
there but there is no stone
... I wonder if that's the older brother that
died in 1918 during the
influenza epidemic.
Found dates for Aunt Minnie ... Robert Lyons
(b) 1877 (d) 1935; Minnie
Mingee Lyons (b) 1879 (d) 1956. Her daughter
Amanda (Manda) (b) 1899 (d)
1975 and her husband John Sandlin (b) 1899 (d)
1971. Their tombstone also
shows they had an infant son who died in 1920.
Also got some dates for Robert Mingee and his
wife and kids:
Robert Mingee (b) 1884 (d) 1955; Dottie, his
wife (b) 1893 (d) 1985; their
sons James (b) 1915 (d) 1930 and Donald (b) 1925
(d) 1932. "
